What Causes Stomachache After Taking Iron Pills?

Hi my name is Crystal I have anxiety and I just had dnc done the Dr put me on iron ppls and I did take it but now my stumach hurts it s bubbly and now my right side hurts I was wondering if I can get any answeresuggestions? My hormones are super high too 4000 please let me know I appreciate it thanks

iron pills can cause abdominal pain if it is taken on empty stomach ,it also causes constipation which cause abdominal pain also
