What Causes Stomachache Along With Nausea?

My daughter, 15, has a stomach pain that has lasted since ~2:30 PM today. I gave her a Pepto & it didn t help. At 6: 30pm I gave her a Zantac. She complains the pain is around her entire belly and curling into a ball doesn t help. She does not have a fever or vomiting, but she does feel mildly nauseous. I also gave her a bit of club soda to help her belch.

As per your history is concerned she has abdominal pain.As you know lots of reasons are there for it.so before proceeding to this in deep first ruled out day to day disorders first.Do her stool exam first to ruled out any infection present or not then do an ultrasound exam to check all abdominal organs for any disorders .so nothing to be worried at all.Never give any symptomatic drugs at all. Thanks
