What Causes Stomachache And Vomiting In A Child?
Sir my son is six years old and often complaints of stomach pain and feeling of vomiting.From day before yesterday he is having severe pain .he has also not eaten anyting except milk with chocos.we are giving him meftal spas suspension and power gyl suspension(ofloxacin and ornidazole suspension).kindly advise

Continue this medication for 5 days. He will feel ok as soon his infection controls.
Also, give him light meals, boiled water and maintain good hygiene. There is nothing to worry.
