What Causes Stool To Clear After Smoking ?

HI.............. I want to know that why peoples use cigarette ,tea before going latrine in morning. Also the use to say that they didn t feel clear stool pass with out taking the tea or cigarette in morning. why? and whar is the mechanism behind it ?

Tea and coffee initiate defecation reflex also liquids like water.

Cigarette is their psychological feeling but it do not have any role.
