What Causes Stools Covered With White Discharge During 17 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

i am 17 weeks pregnant but through my entire pregnancy i have tissue white in color that is on outside of my bowel movement. looks like snot (sorry that is gross) but a yellow white color. My fear is i have worms from my cat but it isnt a worm it is like tissue
