What Causes Strange Burning Pain Radiating From Thigh To Knee?

I have a strange burning pain on my inner and outer left thigh. it radiates to behind my knee, my skin hurts to touch. I also feel a large lump on my lower abdomen, it hurts to touch the area and it seems to be getting bigger and it is circular but it happens to be right where I have a scar from surgery. everyone tells me it is scar tissue but I am not so sure especially with this weird pain now.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
After surgery of abdomen a lump at the site of the incision can be an incisional hernia. Get an ultrasound for it. The pain in your leg looks to me sciatica. Consult a spinal surgeon for it so that he may rule it out.
