What Causes Stress And Anxiety?

I feel like I am just got used to be stressed. If at the beginning there were reasons to worry about, then now almost anything can make me anxious. Feels like my body gets tight and stresses without a reason.Is it possible for human to get used to stress and start reproducing cordisol without reason?If yes, how long it will take to get rid of this hormone in blood and what should I do first about it? Thanks a lot

In stress, level of corticosteroid increases and that depends upon stress duration. In that case, if you feel stress for hours, its level would remain high. I think, you need some anxiolytic in form of antidepressant or benzodiazepine, that would keep you calm or relax. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise that would help to control stress. In case, you need further help, you can ask.
