What Causes Stress Incontinence When I Laugh?

i am a 17 year old male and in the past month or so i have been experiencing stress incontinence when i laugh, i have had this problem for as long as i can remember but for the past 4 years it has been very rare (under 10 incidents a year). In the last week i had two incidents involving bladder leakage from laughing, although it was only a small amount it is still very embarrassing
