What Causes Stringy Discharge In Urine And Pain At Tip Of Penis?

Hey, i had orange pee after fast walking for about an hour and uriniating didn t hurt. But i came back and masturbated and now my pee is stringy(probably semen), orange, and my penis hole hurts. I m really worried this is an infection, and i hope it s just cause i masturbated. Any idea what this is? (Btw i used soap to masturbate)

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Orange colored urine can be passed after taking certain medication like rifampicin (anti-tubercular drug), vitamin B complex, carotene etc.
If there history of intake of any of these drugs, then the drug is the cause of passage of orange colored urine.
Pain in the penile opening or urethral opening can be due to infection in the urinary tract.
I suggest you to get urine examination to look for evidence of infection.
If there is evidence of infection, culture followed by drug sensitivity will be required.
Consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus management.
