What Causes Stringy Pink Clots Discharge From Vagina Along With White Mucus?
Hello, My ovulation started on the 3 rd, but my bf and I had sex throughout that time. I woke up and went to the bathroom on Friday which was the 8th and there was blood. Not enough for a period. Now it is there when I wipe, and earlier there were little stringy pink clots with white mucus. I had sex before, during, and after ovulation. What do you think?

Stringy pink clots from the vagina with white mucus after intercourse may be due to injury or trauma to the cervix or vaginal tissue. Avoid rough intercourse or rough foreplay. Discharge with early cervical cancer is often white, clear, or watery. Any blood that mixes with the white, clear, watery discharge may look pink. You are suggested to get clinically examined by your gynecologist, get pap smear, required imaging tests done to confirm the factor causing you symptoms so that treatment can be started at the earliest.
In case you miss your periods since you were having sex around your ovulation time, you are suggested to get urine & blood test done to confirm pregnancy. Take care of your hygiene, do not douche your vagina, do not use any perfumed or harsh cosmetic products in the vagina.
