What Causes Strong Odor From Hair During Pregnancy?

Im 26 weeks pregnant, ive had a lot of hair loss and breakages since a miscarriage last year which has continued throught this pregnancy and now when my hair is wet it smells really bad. Could smell it when dry all day at work too. Whats causing the smell?

I really appreciate your concern, such hair fall could be due to hair root infection and smell could be due to this only fungal infection could be the likely condition I would suggest "Povidone Iodine" shampoo for this, apply this on scalp prior to bath and leave it for 30 minutes, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
