What Causes Strong Pain And Pinching Sensation In Feet?

I ve worked on my feet for a few years now. For the past 2 months I slowed down and started back up 2wks ago. But for the past 4days both feet I ve had painful, swollen, warm to the touch & every now and then I feel like I got a needle pinching me. Im only 36 so I m getting really concerned since this has never happened before... tired feet yes but so painful I can barely walk never.

The cause may be in the lumbo sacral region. The displacement of the disc is pressing the lumbar plexus branches which causes all the symptoms. Patient is advised Xray of the lumbo sacral region &MRI will help to diagnose,
