What Causes Strong Smelling Urine In A Person With UTI And Kidney Infections?

I have strong smelling urine for the last two days now, I m just wondering what might have caused this. I am 18 years old and I am prone to getting kidney infections and UTI s . My last UTI was the end of October I m still not feeling a 100% when I urinate its still discomforting I am also worried about that. Just recently I started to feel extremely tired and constipated I have medication for this. I would really appreciate your help.

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
From your description, it appears that you could be suffering from chronic kidney infection, which has not responded adequately to treatment.
Kindly get the following investigations done:
1. Urine for culture and sensitivity so that appropriate antibiotic can be chosen and its course can be given.
2. Cystoscopy to know the status of urinary bladder and if infection is found, has to be treated accordingly.
Kindly consult Urologist for proper management.
