What Causes Strong Unusual Urine Odor With Frequent Urination?
My urine is smeing really strong! I was drinking cranberry juice to just see if it would help, and it didn t. It made it worse. My urine smells like a really really strong smell of lemon and salt. It first smelled like really strong sea salt odor, but now it smells like lemon was spreaded all over the sea salt. I dont know what to do. This has been happening for a week I believe?! I ve been drinking lots of water for the past 2 days and been going to the restroom like 8~9 times a day? (I usually go 5~7 times) I am 16 years old. And I dont know what to do. Please help!

You could possibly be having urinary tract infection get urine routine and microscopy and also culture and sensitivity of urine done for confirmation. Based on the sensitivity report you may need a course of antibiotics for the above.
