Recently My 17 month old daughters wet diapers have been smelling like feces. It s such a strong poop smell that I think she has a poopy diaper. Is it something I should call her pediatrician about or is there anything I can do to fix the problem at home?

If your child has a strong urine smell you should see pediatrician to determine the cause and treatment needed.Doctor may order urine test along with taking history . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics at least for 5 days along with anti inflammatory . Frequent diaper changes can prevent the spread of infection in infants. Also maintain proper hygiene .
