What Causes Strong Urine Odor While Treating Cystitis?
I had sex without a condom with a girl about two months ago and since that day, my penis and urine smells like her vaginal area; and it s not very good. Few weeks later, I started to have this burning sensation while urination. I got few tests done and I found that I have very high Uric acid and also a fatty liver grade 2 with cystitis (urine culture tests results were totally fine). I am just scared of having some kind of STD disease. Is there a possibility that I have an STD or the burning and smelly urine is just because of fatty liver and high Uric acid?

High uric acid may not give you strong urine odor.It will rather give joint manifestations .Fatty liver on its own may not also give the urinary symptoms you present.
Burning urination and strong urine odour may suggest a UTI with cystitis being one of them.Other causes of strong urine odor include: bladder infection, dehydration, Diabetic ketoacidosis, gastroentesinal bladder fistula, uncontrolled type 2 diabetes.
STIs will manifest with other symptoms with strong urine odor not an important one.I will suggest you get another Urinalysis in a different laboratory, do STI work-ups given the risky exposure, a fasting blood sugar.
From the results, the cause may be identified.I will however recommend you take enough water, reduce intake of fatty foods, and avoid alcohol and smoking.
