What Causes Stuffiness On The Right Nose?

I have had a stuffy nose for approx 2 months the only thing that clears it are the nose sprays...this stuffiness is only on the right side. Along with that I can t blow my nose that side is also clogged from blowing ... What do yu think this is caused by

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of stuffiness on the right nose. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like allergic rhinitis ,anterior ethmoidal nerve neuralgia , atrophic rhinitis , cocaine abuse , nasal polyp and furuncle. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination . Doctor may order certain test like nasal endoscopy , CT scan , blood test to confirm the diagnosis . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory , anti allergic and may recommend surgery in case of nasal polyp . For now apply warm compresses to nostril , take steam twice a day and do nasal saline rinses .
