What Causes Stuffy Nose, Sore Throat, Cough, Headache And Dizziness?

So I had a stuffy nose, sore throat, cough, headache, dizziness, and aches and pains last week. I took some nyquil and slept most of the weekend and most of the symptoms went away. One symptom that stayed was the cough. I have had to push through this week with the cough and figured it would just go away. Last night, however, my nose really stuffed up and throughout today the headaches and aches came back as well as all of my energy feels like it is gone and the past two days I have felt tired all the time. I just attributed this to teaching throughout the week, but with the other symptoms seeming to come back I just wanted to make sure this wasn t some sickness that I need to deal with.
