What Causes Sudden Aches In The Right Shoulder Blade?

I m trying to figure out what might be wrong with me. I started out with pain yesterday behind my right shoulder blade, then during the night it shifted to my middle left side of my back. I feel generally achey as well. I exercised on Monday, but didn t think I pulled anything.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to muscle pain.

I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend using anti-inflammatory cream for local application at the are of pain.

Heat compresses can also be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
