What Causes Sudden Black Out?

I experienced a blackout or something during church today..during mass I thought our priest skipped some of the mass.. I thought he completely forgot to take up the collection as I had my envelope in my pocket during communion. We video tape the masses and I came home to watch and I completely missed 10 minutes of mass, I have no memory of any of it..

I have gone through your query. If you didn't had proper sleep recently then it can be the reason. Getting proper sleep will be helpful in such case and nothing to worry. But if this is not the case then you should undergo an eeg to rule out absence seizures.
