What Causes Sudden Black Outs?
My mom my mom has had 2 episodes where after standing for about 10 minutes she will either black out or become unresponsive. She has bone spurs on her spine could this be blocking blood flow to the brain? She seems to come back around after she sits down. She doesn t remember it happening and seems fine after she recovers.

i can understand your concern. this foesnt appear to be by the bony spur.
rather it seems as a case of absence seizures based on the symptoms and your mom not remembering the event.
i would suggest a EEG and CT scan brain to check for any possibility of fits.
along with this her sugars, sitting and standing blood pressure check are also essential.
