heart disease, palpitations?

5)any headache or
memory loss before and after a blackout.?
6)any history of seizure for you or in your family?
7) are you on any medications?
8)any ringing in your ears (tinnitus) or loss of hearing?
9)for which kind of visual disturbance do you wear glasses /contacts?
I'll address the issues in the order that you have mentioned them in.
Dizziness associated with certain eye /head positions may be due to
vestibular dysfunction. The inner ear and vestibule are responsible for relaying information regarding your position and conveying that to the rest of your brain and body to adjust balance accordingly. Any pathology that affects this system can lead your symptoms
For instance, inner ear infections, tumors of the nerve that supplies these areas.
Blackouts (associated with memory loss) and transient vision loss usually have their origin in ischemia (reduced/compromised blood flow to the brain). This could be due to diseases of the heart and blood vessels(cardiovascular system) including arrhythmia (disordered rhythm of the heart) ,
atherosclerosis (fat/plaque deposits in the heart and blood vessels)
Seizures (abnormal electric activity that shocks your brain) can result in decreased oxygenation of the brain tissue.
This is only the tip of the iceberg.
I strongly recommend that you see your physician, better still, visit the ER right away.
Your symptoms could indicate a potentially serious underlying disorder.
What to expect :
- hospitalization
-continuous cardiac monitoring (to catch an arrhythmia)
- imaging of the brain (CT/MRI), electrocardiogram,
echocardiogram for the heart.
- blood work - general and those that include testing for
autoimmune disease.
- supplemental
oxygen therapy (if required)
- an ENT, NEUROLOGY, CARDIOLOGY, INTERNIST and possibly an ophthalmology
consult (for your ears, brain, heart, eyes and metabolic assessment?
Please be prepared.
Do not delay. I can't stress this enough. It is imperative that you see a doctor IMMEDIATELY. Don't drive and take someone along with you
