What Causes Sudden Blank So That Simple Word Pronouncing Became Difficult?

the other day I was reading to my class, as I was reading, I could see the words clearly, but my brain went blank and I couldn t pronounce the word birth. Then I couldn t say the word bull, it was almost like I just could get my mind to think. I totally forgot how to say simple words. What could this be from? It has never happened before.

Hello,

Brain fog may be due to stress, lack of sleep, a diet with a lack of nutrients or low energy from physical inactivity.

It may also see multiple sclerosis or depression. Avoid stress related activities, check serum b12 folic acid levels, haemoglobin status.

Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
