What Causes Sudden Breathing Difficulty While On A Morphine Pump?

I have a morphine pump in my spine 4 weeks when I got out of surgery they had me hooked up by IV with morphine they couldn t get me awake I was breathing 4 breaths a minute. Last week they took me to the er with same symptoms Is itinteracting with something I am taking? Like Ativan both times I was given Narcan to get me back blood work urine shows no reason I have had 20 some surgeries and never a problem till now
