What Causes Sudden Change In Behaviour After Drinking Wine?
My problem is that I can drink a couple or three glasses of wine with no problem, but suddenly I will get drunk. There is no gradual buzz which increases with alcohol intake....it will go from nothing to drunk. My behaviour changes suddenly. Any reason why the sudden change?
You started this as an act for funsake. As a matter of fact, any bad deed becomes a habit very easily. It is just opposite to the postive things. Just have an introspection as to how much you are interacting with the society. Your behaviour manifestations have a direct correlation with the society you mingle with. Also, check if you have harboured some grudge or unresolved emotional issues with anyone significant. Alcohol habit is not an illness but it is a symptom of some other illness emanating from the grudges and emotional issues. It is always better to take an appropriate action to consult a Mental health professional, who can be able to facilitate talking it out (A therapeutic way) and to undergo a de- addiction program. Be always ready for a positive change. The Professional should be able to help you in this transformation of yourself in to a better future.
