What Causes Sudden Chest Pain After Waking Up?

M son is a 27 years old. He has wakes up with chest pain and chest pressure. That is the only time he has this; upon awakening. His EKG and chest X-ray were normal. BP and HR is normal. He s is scheduled for a 24 hr. heart monitor and a sleep study. I m concerned, any ideas?

I really appreciate your concern, if all the tests are normal for heart and others then it is nothing to worry, but such chest pain may be due to hyperacidity and it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day, and it can be continue till other test can be done hope this information helps.
