What Causes Sudden Chest Pain And Pulling Sensation In Abdomen?

There have been a few times where I have had a sudden pain in my chest, throat, and upper abdomen. This lasts from about a half hour to an hour. Also, I have been having an uncomfortable pulling sensation in my lower abdomen for awhile now (not at the same time I am having the chest, throat, and upper abdomen pain). What could be some possible causes of these symptoms?
