Thank you for your query.
Your symptoms would lead me to primarily really out a heart pathology. Skipped beats compromises blood flow, the effects of which you felt (faded hearing, pressure in head, arm soreness)
Do you:
1)have a family history of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes,
high cholesterol Thyroid hormone imbalances?
2)smoke or have alcohol (as in
alcohol abuse)?
3)have any general health check up reports ? (to check heart, Thyroid, sugar, cholesterol & blood pressure)
4)a sedentary lifestyle with high stress & little or no exercise?
I would do a complete physical exam, an Electrocardiogram,
echocardiogram, a stress test, chest x-ray, an ultrasound of the abdomen, blood work (
lipid profile, cardiac enzymes, liver/kidney/
thyroid function tests,
complete blood count,
Erythrocyte sedimentation rate & sugar levels) & a urine routine.
If all this is normal, i would monitor you closely & if symptoms recur, will do a Holter monitoring test to catch any irregularities in your heart rhythm over 24hrs.
Hope this helps. you need to seek medical attention ASAP to nip the problem in the bud. As far as the heart & brain goes, time (even a few minutes) matters.

Wish you good health
