What Causes Sudden Chest Pain, Lightheadedness And Tingling Sensation In Fingers?

My husband and I live in Turkey ,extremely hot at the moment, we were just walking up the road now, when he experienced ches pain and tingling in his fingers, and light headed , is this due to the heat ( we hadn t walked very far ,and he has never had anything like this before thank you

Hi dear,
The said symptoms seems due to some heart related issues. As chest pain is also there there are chances to have a mild heart attack. Tingling sensation indicated the poor blood supply to the region.
So it is very important and necessary to consult with a cardiologist immediately.
