What Causes Sudden Chest Pain Radiating From Neck Through Shoulders?
Had a bad pain through my chest, torso like a bad cramp that lasted a few minutes. After that my chest hurts and when I cough or burp it hurts in my chest, middle of my back (between shoulder blades) and radiates to right side of lower neck around collar bone. It s been 4 days now.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden chest pain radiating from neck through shoulders . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query , but in your case the symptoms are probably due to acid reflux are due to lung infection . The symptoms can also occur due to cervical spondylosis and trepezius muscle trigger point .I would suggest you to consult chest specialist for proper diagnosis . Doctor may order x-ray and examine physically . I would suggest you to eat light and non spicy specially at night , take antacid after every meal , take light walk after every meal and keep your head elevated while lying down . Doctor may also refer you to orthopedic surgeon for muscle and disc problem like cervical spondylosis .
