ok, I was coming back into the office and I climb the stairs to the fourth floor. Two steps at a time. Got to the top and felt a bit of pain in my center left chest. A bit of history about me. I am 59. Had an electrocardioversion in December. I ve lost weight, watch my sodium intake, fats, sugar, etc. Walk two miles daily at work (27.5 mins.), climb the stairs, and strength train for the past four plus months. I take metoporal, lisinipol, and flecainide daily (sorry about the spelling). First time for the minor pain. Lasted about 10 minutes or so. Not very painful. My EKG last month showed me to be still in sinus rhythm. Check my BP daily (117/74). All seems good. So. . . something to worry about?
