What Causes Sudden Cold Sensations In Body And Anxiety?
I have been getting the sensation of feeling cold throughout my whole body (both in and out) over the last few weeks. I can be sitting at work/reading/watching telly and get the same feeling. I have read this could be anxiety, but I have nothing to be anxious about. Could it be the opposite of the night sweats I am getting and basically going through the change at it were? I m nearly 48 :(

The cold sensation in body seemingly relate to anxiety induced hormone changes rather than menopause related changes (which gives hot flashes in almost all cases), though thyroid disturbances have to be ruled out before stamping as sole anxiety issue.
