What Causes Sudden Depression And Stress?

I feel depressed over almost every aspect of my life I m in so much debt I can t communicate with my girlfriend about anything and I honestly would of killed myself by now if it weren t for my sister and mother and I can t seem to stop letting everyone down

I really appreciate your concern, you seems to have severe depression, stress, it is advisable to tackle this with ease just relax, bring back your confidence, be brave, practical, if it seems difficult have counselling with psychiatrist, do not think anything stupid, hope this information helps.
