What Causes Sudden Development Of Red Patch On Right Side Of Face?

I have this small red patch where I would normally put my glasses but this red patch is only located at the right side of my face, it doesn t hurt & it s not bumpy or flakey. It s also not a pimple but my biggest issue is if I should be worried about it ? It s been 2 days & it has not gone away

I really appreciate your concern, contact dermatitis is very likely and in my opinion this can be well managed with "Beclomethasone cream" if it fails to work then it need to be examine, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
