It is possible that what you experienced was an episode of Hypoglycemia.

There is a possibility that you may have some underlying cardiac or neurological condition and that is why it is better you get yourself checked by a physician as soon as possible.

You may be required to take a few blood tests and get your blood sugar levels done. Also get your blood pressure checked to rule out hypotension.
