What Causes Sudden Dizziness After Waking Up?
I am 66 years old & have no health issue. Lately if I get out of bed & lift my head quickly the room spins for 15 seconds. Also if I bend over & stand up quickly I will get dizzy. This has been occuring for a month now. I do not have high blood pressure according to London Drugs machine

hello, ur symptoms points towards orthostatic hypotension and vertigo , u must change positions slowley and consume lot of fluids, if u have any ringing sensation in ur ears do get an ent consultation, get well soon
