What Causes Sudden Dizziness Along With Sweaty Head And Arms?

My husband is 61. He was walking down the hall and suddenly became dizzy, his head and both arms became sweaty. The symptoms lasted about 10 minutes. He now feels about about 90 % better. Can you advise what could have caused this or if there is anything we need to be concerned about.
