What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Fainting?

Two years ago I was in a shop when I felt weird like the room was spinning and I was getting pulled to the left then I remember seeing the ceiling the lights the hit the floor after the lights I ended up in an ambulance anyway had 3Brain MRI,s last year they said they seen a shadow in hippocampus on right side I don t have epelespi but they want me do do another MRI to look for any changes should I be worried
