Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query there is sudden dizziness and nausea in a heart patient. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like ear infection , low blood iron and sugar level or condition like meniere's disease , but as you already had heart attack in 2008 , there are chances the symptoms are pointing towards increasing heart problem . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist without any delay to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT along with complete blood profile , sometimes doctor may also order angiography in such cases . Doctor may give treatment depending upon the diagnosis . Doctor may also refer you to ENT specialist for ear problem . For now avoid bending forward , stay calm and do no exert your body.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
