What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Nausea Inspite Of Suffering From Meniere S Disease?

I suffer from meniers desease. However, during yesterday s attack, besides being suddenly dizzy and nauseated, I broke out in a cold sweat. the perspiration was as if I was running at a fast clip. no chest pain but I have been experiencing more shortness of breathe an using my inhaler more often. I am an asthmatic as well.wondering if I could be experiencing some cardiac issues. Today I feel fine. your thoughts please.

Hi,

Your symptoms suggest possibility of cardiac involvement. You can use steroid inhaler but do not inhale Asthalin inhaler. Do not exert and be careless. Reach the ER immediately to exclude cardiac involvement and get treatment for asthmatic exacerbation as per need.
