What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Nausea?
Hi. My 22 year old son is experiencing a lot of dizziness. He is sitting and all of a sudden the room just seems to start spinning on him. Anything he eats tends to make him sick to his stomach. He is 6 2 , 220, healthy, no drugs or smoking. An occasional drink.

You should take him to doctor to get his blood pressure checked and cervical spine ascessed . Some cases have dizziness without any clearcut reason. And the drug useful for this is tab cinnarizine or tab betahistine.
