What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Nausea?
Last night around 7 I was dizzy or lightheaded for 2-3 seconds, a little nausea feeling and thought I was going to sweat under my arms. Also, my thighs were feeling weak. Everything went away and I m feeling much better today. I am also a moderate beer drinker and had more than usual from Thursday thru Sunday and then this happened on Monday. Maybe I was dehydrated Thank you

Usually, diagnosis of appendicitis is pretty sure by ultrasound abdomen or CT abdomen.
Symptoms are different, on right side it is usually appendicitis and on left may be diverticulitis. If appendix is acutely inflamed, then he may need emergency surgery.
