Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sudden dizziness and sweating on face while having urine infection . Well the symptoms you mention in query occur due to wide range of reasons from simple weakness to serious inner ear problem . But the symptoms in your case seems to be due to hormonal changes , so also consult endocrinologist . There is nothing to panic , If such symptoms happens again then consult ENT specialist for proper examination and rule out conditions like meniere's disease, inner ear infection , allergic reaction or diabetic condition . For now take proper rest and avoid bending forward .
