hello sir ! i am 24 yrs old. yesterday i go to the washroom for washing my face , after washing my face when i stand up my head i feel like room is spinning and after few seconds it feels its more spinning . and my whole body become weak and i couldnt even stand upon my feet.i feel cold sweat and feels vomit . can uh please help me n tell me wot to do ? and wot could the problem be ,?
