What Causes Sudden Dizziness And Weakness In The Legs?
Q10 yr old granddaughter developed sudden dizziness and legs too weak to walk. Has had mri to rule out issues with brain. Her younger brothers had a possible cold virus but she did not develop any cold symptoms. Fatigue and dizziness and inability to walk continue for over 2 weeks now

In addition to the MRI, she should have bloods done such as electrolyte levels, complete blood count and ESR (checks for inflammation in the body).
She may also need to see a neurologist or rheumatologist for assessment.
This should be done as soon as possible.
