Sudden feeling of weakness, fainting and dizziness in an otherwise fit male can be due to the following reasons: - Viral infection - Vestibulocochlear inflammation or infection - Any other general disease
Hence, I would advise you to consult your doctor immediately as early diagnosis helps in early management and earlier recovery not allowing complications to set in.Clinical evaluation and examination will allow your doctor to give symptomatic and supportive treatment. Tests of blood, urine, stool if needed will give additional information and allow a specific treatment. Do not self treat at home and waste time.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
