What Causes Sudden Dizziness In An Elderly Person?

My husband became very dizzy and said he walked like a drunken sailor. He woke up this morning and felt great. Several hours later he became very dizzy. It lasted about two hours. He felt fine the rest of the day. He is 67 and in good health. He is not home,he is in Bayfield, Wisconsin.

dizziness occurs due to some issue in the vestibular system of inner ear which is responsible for balancing of body. he should be checked to the ent specialist for diagnosing the cause. central cause related to the brain (cerebellum) also occurs but still visit to the ent specialist should be done first.
