Hello,

Thank you for posting at HCM.

Feeling dizziness, nausea etc which is gone after closing eyes can be a sign of epilepsy, it's called aura in medical terms.

You are advised to consult a GP as soon as possible. He may advise you to go for CT Scan brain, Blood glucose profile, Nerve conduction tests etc to confirm the diagnosis. There are curative treatments available if patient shows commitment.

You should get your blood sugar status checked and start with Tab Multivitamin 1-0-1 x 10 days, Tab Shelcal 500 1-0-0 x 10 days, and drink plenty of sugar water if you don't have diabetes.
Wish you good luck and health

Thanks
