So I had been sitting down for a hour and I sat up wand walked to my room when suddenly my vision go s black and i get dizzy after about 5-10 sec. My vision go s back to normal and I am no longer dizzy. So I sit back down for about ten minutes and get told to clean up the table so I walk for about 10 sec. And then my vision went black and I got dizzy again then 5 sec. Later I m back to normal also before both these events I had been on my iPhone 5s I should also have tell you that I am 14 years old.
The symptoms as mentioned in your post can be attributed to: 1. Deficiency of certain nutrients like Iron, Vitamin B 12, Calcium, etc. which interferes with blood formation & nerve conduction 2. Any pathology in the vestibular apparatus in inner ear (it is associated with maintenance of body posture & balance) 3. Any fluctuation in blood pressure or blood sugar levels
