What Causes Sudden Dizziness?

This afternoon I had a dizzy spell - everything seemed to be churning in my head. It lasted 30 seconds at the most. I didn t sit still when it happened, but walked into another room a d even stomped my feet. it went away. I have since taken my blood pressure and it is very normal. I am 78 and very active.

Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So the likely cause for this condition is either a middle ear infection or sometimes another condition known as benign positional vertigo. You require visiting an ENT physician for the same. Treatment is simple for both the conditions.
